As our SRE, you'll be in charge of building cache layers, improve latency & response time, basically to make systems to scale

 

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

 

📍 Location: Remote with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST)

 

Where you'll create impact

  • Improve reliability of our systems

  • Build & maintain our main infrastructure (Terraform)

  • Deploy & enhance CI/CD pipeline

  • Build insights & monitoring pipeline for our systems (OpenTelemetry standard)

  • Improve security and development experience

 

What sets you up for success

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency

  • Familiar with on-call schedule

  • At least +5 years experience in a role exposed to scalability and improvements

  • At least +3 years experience with terraform (IaaC)

  • At least +5 years of experience with AWS

  • Backend fundamentals on python

  • Experience in observability (open telemetry)

    nice-to-have:

  • Experience on at least one project at scale (1M users> or similar)

  • Hands-on in backend development and system design

  • Active github

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity: $50,000 - $80,000 USD

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 USD
