About the Role

We're looking for a Product Owner to turn defined product initiatives into shipped, high-quality software across a portfolio of vertical software businesses. These initiatives span both traditional applications and AI-driven products. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is highly organized, ramps into new domains fast, and uses AI to work faster and sharper. 100% remote position, engaged as an independent contractor (PJ).

What You'll Do

  • Take defined initiatives and own them through execution and delivery.
  • - Learn each product's domain quickly and work directly with customers and business stakeholders to capture the context behind clear requirements.
  • - Define the MVP for each initiative: scope the smallest release that delivers real value, and sequence what comes next.
  • - Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and development specs.
  • - Build full, high-fidelity prototypes that look and behave like the real product to align delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • - Lead the day-to-day delivery rhythm with developers and keep stakeholders updated on progress, blockers, and risks.
  • - Build, prioritize, and maintain sprint-ready backlogs, and support testing, demos, and defect tracking.

What We're Looking For

  • Skilled at defining MVPs and prioritizing backlogs against customer value and delivery constraints.
  • - Proven ability to run multiple projects, teams, and backlogs at the same time without dropping quality.
  • - Genuine interest and comfort using AI tooling in your daily workflow. AI is central to how we work across many products and domains.
  • - Familiarity with frameworks for running development teams (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the judgment to apply the right one.
  • - Confident leading meetings with developers, customers, and business stakeholders.
  • - Strong communication through clear written requirements and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • - Highly organized and delivery-focused, comfortable in industries with regulatory or operational complexity.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years as a Product Owner writing requirements and supporting delivery teams.
  • - Experience across multiple domains, or a strong vertical software background, with a track record of getting up to speed in a new domain fast.
  • - Fluent in Portuguese and advanced/professional English (required). You will work daily with both Brazilian and international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Deep, hands-on AI fluency: you use AI across your workflow, from building high-fidelity prototypes to backlog creation to building the skills and agents that generate development specs, and you know how to make that output trustworthy.
