Job description

Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Firewall Policy Engineer for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support the DLP team with the new Palo Alto DLP solution by completing the onboarding process for new servers and applications.
  • The successful candidate is expected to analyze the Palo Alto Next generation security and decryption policies to confirm whether coverage is needed.
  • The candidate is expected to process all ServiceNow sctasks for servers and application onboarding.
  • The candidate will engage and work with the firewalls operation team to create firewall rule requests, based on the sctasks and acknowledge closure of the tasks.
 
Requirements:
  • Proficient in creating Palo Alto firewall policies.
  • Proven knowledge of how SSL decryption works and how to create these types of policies within Palo Alto solution.
  • Good organizational skills, and a proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
  • Checkpoint firewall policy engineering experience.
  • Network engineering experience
