Step is looking for our next Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day details that keep our recruiting engine running smoothly and ensure a great experience for every candidate. You'll be a key representative of Step's recruiting process — supporting candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruiting and grow with us.
Location: Remote or San Mateo, CA, with occasional travel for team offsites and key meetings
Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
