GoodRec is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join our team and take full ownership of a portfolio of venue partners across key U.S. markets. You'll be the person who goes back to the same partners week after week, pushes for more slots, negotiates better terms, and turns a one-game relationship into five. This is a commercial role first — the ops comes with it, but the growth is what you own.

What you’ll do
As a Partnerships Associate, you will:
Go back to your venue partners week after week and negotiate more time slots, a new Thursday night game, an extra Sunday morning, a better rate on prime hours, even when they're already happy with what they have.
Own your market's revenue growth. You set the direction, you make the calls, and you're accountable to the numbers every week.
Review your market's fill rates and cancellation data every week and make decisions. Cut the Saturday slot that never fills, double down on the Tuesday night that always sells out, push a venue for better terms when you know the data is on your side.
Manage the full relationship with each venue including contracts, billing, scheduling, and the ongoing commercial conversation about how to grow together.
Coordinate with internal teams to make sure every game you add goes live smoothly, but the commercial decisions are yours to make.
The ideal profile
Experience growing existing partnerships by going back to the same clients or partners and negotiating more: more volume, better terms, expanded scope, not just maintaining what was already there.
Knows when to push back on a partner and does it confidently. This role requires advocating for GoodRec's interests, not just accommodating whatever the venue wants.
Experience growing existing partnerships by identifying and negotiating new opportunities within current relationships. Not cold outreach, but the persistent commercial conversation that turns a one-slot venue into a five-slot partner.
