A mix of trainer, builder, and storyteller, the Adoption Manager role is a true hybrid that rewards people who love switching between a dynamic mix of skills.
Trainer
You spend most of your time in front of teachers, leading sessions of every kind: a one-on-one call a teacher booked with you, a virtual department workshop, a full-day onsite in an auditorium of 100+.
You design and deliver PD that lands, back it with responsive email and chat support and an up-to-date Help Center, and carry the teacher's voice into Albert’s Product and Content roadmap.
Your work helps thousands of teachers a year improve student outcomes and reclaim their time.
Builder
As Albert grows, so does what the team takes on. When training season slows, you build the things that make Albert more useful at scale (designing new subjects, enriching existing content, executing strategic projects).
AI does the heavy lifting at scale and speed, while you steer workflows and own the final quality bar.
Storyteller
The most convincing case for Albert comes from teachers who love it. You capture and spread it: editing videos, gathering testimonials and social proof, refreshing marketing and state pages, and launching data-driven campaigns that bring more classrooms on board (including our free adaptive suite).
This is a remote position open to residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
You MUST live within one hour of a major airport.
On-site training is critical to building long-term adoption with our partner schools, and your willingness and ability to travel as needed is an essential job function for this role.
Frequency. Travel fluctuates with the season. Fall is peak, at roughly 3–5 trips per month (averaging 2 days each); spring and summer require occasional travel.
Mode. Nationwide, via flights and rental cars. Reasonable advance notice of all business travel is provided whenever possible.
Expenses and stipends. All business travel must comply with the Company's travel and expense policies, which will be provided to you during onboarding. You will be reimbursed for travel-related expenses incurred in accordance with these policies, which may require pre-approval. In addition to all travel expenses being covered, you earn a per-trip stipend scaled to the length and complexity of travel.
Competitive salary and performance-based raises. The starting salary for this role is $75,000, plus a stipend for every on-site training you facilitate, so your real earning potential runs well beyond the base. We observe the same pay bands regardless of where you live, and we offer clearly defined performance checkpoints for raises and promotions.
Health, dental, and vision insurance. We offer a range of company-sponsored Cigna plans. The company covers 90% of the premium for all plans (medical, dental, and vision) for employees, and 50% of the premium for dependents.
Flexible Spending Account and Dependent FSA. Set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible medical expenses and the costs of caring for dependents.
One Medical. We cover enrollment in One Medical to give all employees convenient access to primary care.
Paid parental leave. Parents are eligible for up to twelve (12) weeks of fully paid parental leave after a year of service.
A 401(k) plan. Save for retirement with a fully managed plan and a 1% match.
Flexible, guilt-free vacation. Take guilt-free vacations with no hard limit. Most people take about 3–4 weeks per year and are encouraged to take time off. This is not a vague policy where "unlimited" ends up meaning "hardly ever, it's too stressful to ask for time off." We actively encourage everyone to take off.
Half-day Fridays. We're serious about combating burnout and protecting a healthy work-life balance. Every Albert team member enjoys permanent half-day Fridays, so every weekend is a long weekend.
A deep-work culture. We keep recurring syncs minimal and lean on async communication, so your time goes to teachers and building helpful tools instead of yet another meeting.
We're looking for candidates who can start immediately (Summer or early Fall 2026).
