Job description

At SAPI, we create, customize, finance, and oversee unique financing solutions. Our goal is to enhance liquidity in the global payment ecosystem by offering a comprehensive API for business credit products. We're excited to find a proactive and quality-oriented Operations professional to join our team!

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-focused Operations Specialist to help us boost our operational activities and provide outstanding services to our clients and partners. In this role, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from managing client relations to overseeing product operations, all while striving to enhance our overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform final quality checks and oversee the full product lifecycle.
  • Provide operational support to partners, ensuring high-quality execution and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Monitor ongoing account performance and manage complex schedules, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the system.
  • Maintain precise analytical reports on product performance.
  • Coordinate with other teams to innovate and optimise cross-functional processes for enhanced automation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player who can collaborate with various teams.
