REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 13 years+
  • Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail & CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail & CPG value chain and key business drivers.
  • Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising).
  • Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and practice development.
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/practice-building experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the Retail & CPG Domain SME and own the practice point of view.
  • Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic consulting engagements.
  • Drive presales, solutioning, proposals, and deal shaping.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership assets.
  • Mentor consulting teams and ensure high-quality practice deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support client transformations.
  • Represent Nagarro through client interactions, industry events, and practice-building initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
