Title: Corporate Nurse Consultant

Job Duties: The Corporate Nurse Consultant will be responsible for providing support, consultation and supervision to each of the campus nursing departments; develop a partnership with campus administrator and Director of Nursing and the Integrated Support Team to help drive the overall success of their programs; and support program implementation and policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining sound business operations. The Corporate Nurse Consultant supervises campus compliance with established policies and procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards for the overall programs, while meeting all the respective reporting requirements. The Corporate Nurse Consultant will provide supervision for all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Corporate Nurse Consultant will advance services related to improving health and wellness, making healthy lifestyle choices, and reducing factors related to health disparities.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in the State of California as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
  • Demonstrate DSM-V, NANDA, nursing process, psychosocial rehabilitation principles and practices, recovery-based principles and practices, evidence-based practices, and current best and promising practices.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • BLS-CPR and first aid certified. (American Heart Association preferred). 
  • BSN or master’s degree preferred.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$135,000$145,000 USD
