Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Türkiye. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities with mobile publishers and partners, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

 
  • Identify and generate new business leads within the Turkish mobile gaming and non-gaming app ecosystem

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn and other platforms to engage potential clients

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team

  • Attend relevant mobile gaming and app industry events in Türkiye on behalf of Tenjin

  • Represent Tenjin in initial conversations with prospects and introduce our product offering

  • Conduct demo calls with Turkish-speaking leads when needed

  • Support translation and localization of communication materials and sales discussions where required

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity and lead status

  • Collaborate closely with the broader business development team to align outreach strategy

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, BD, or account management in mobile advertising, adtech, or B2B SaaS

  • An existing network in your market's mobile app or gaming ecosystem

  • Fluency in the Turkish and English

  • Comfortable working async with a remote global team

  • Familiarity with MMPs, mobile attribution, or UA is a strong plus
