Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Engineer with strong expertise in Windchill development, customization, integration, and Java-based application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink, integrating Windchill with enterprise systems, and supporting product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions while ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to industry best practices.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong experience developing, configuring, customizing, and integrating PTC Windchill solutions.
Hands-on experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink modules.
Strong Java development experience with Windchill APIs.
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience integrating Windchill with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Knowledge of automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience creating technical design documents, unit test cases, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, code quality, and application performance optimization.
Develop, configure, customize, and integrate various Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink.
Design and develop Java-based customizations using Windchill APIs.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs and functional solutions.
Develop integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications.
Support automation initiatives using CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare detailed technical design documents, unit test cases, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
Ensure application performance, code quality, security, and adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
