The Role 

Infillion’s Catalina seeks a Digital Ad Operations Associate to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. The Digital Ad Operations Associate reports to the Manager of Digital Ad Operations. This role is responsible for supporting real-time media investment decisions that drive client campaign performance and returns on ad spend. The team manages multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right consumer at the right time. 

This team member will need to be comfortable working on multiple accounts across various DSPs and have strong organizational skills. The Ad Ops Associate will support senior team members in day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, quality assurance, and reporting while building core programmatic skills. 

Main duties will involve trafficking online ads, including programmatic campaigns, supporting program management against KPIs through daily monitoring, and assisting with reporting. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support timely trafficking of banner, video, native, and rich media units across mobile, desktop, and CTV advertising campaigns.

  • Assist with compliance and quality checks of all setup deliverables, including creatives and tags • Develop troubleshooting (QA) skills at the campaign, line item, and creative level under guidance from senior team members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance solutions for each client • Ensure all client delivery restrictions are followed 

  • Support the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts 

  • Learn and apply RTB buying strategies, optimization approaches, and best practices across multiple platforms 

  • Assist in making recommendations to teams around media restrictions and the levers that influence delivery of Success Metrics 

  • Support the delivery of campaigns in full and on time, working toward client performance benchmarks. 

  • Contribute to margin monitoring and escalate issues to senior team members • Participate in digital product testing and workflow enhancement processes. 

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of online work experience – experience from a programmatic vendor, agency, or ad tech environment preferred 

  • Bachelor's degree (major areas of focus: media, marketing, communications, or IT preferred)

  • Foundational understanding of patterns, statistics, and probabilities as they relate to media performance 

  • Customer service or client-facing experience 

  • Knowledge of the internet and its commercial/marketing applications 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills 

  • Developing communication and presentation skills

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)

  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or other web/creative formats a plus

  • Exposure to third-party ad server vendors such as DFA, Flashtalking, Sizmek, DCM, or similar is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people at all levels 

  • Results-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • AI experience or curiosity a plus
