What you’ll do

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accounts receivable, abandoned property reporting, bank account reconciliations, surcharge preparation for claims processing, processing of various banking transactions and other accounting tasks. This individual ensures all tasks and duties are completed accurately and timely. The Accounting Coordinator will interact with other employees, bank representatives, external vendors and others as required by the specific assigned tasks.

In this role, you’ll also: 

  • Reconcile FBO Bank Accounts
  • Process invoices, check deposits, and wire payments
  • Process manual and auto surcharges and post payments
  • Return check batch completion
  • Edit/reformat percentage of savings files
  • Perform check tracers
  • Consolidate/research outstanding checks, send letters and coordinate voids and/or void and reissue checks when necessary

What you bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
