About the role

We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to scale our paid acquisition across the full funnel and every segment—self-serve, developer, and enterprise–for emerging channels (e.g. Reddit, Snap, programmatic, et al). This role owns strategy and execution across the paid funnel, from channel mix and budget to creative testing and landing-page alignment, and is expected to find profitable, scalable growth through experimentation and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate is platform agnostic, with proven, hands-on experience across multiple paid channels. You should be as comfortable optimizing for self-serve signups as you are for demo requests and lead quality, and as fluent in creative testing as you are in attribution and CAC math. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with creative, lifecycle, landing-page, product marketing, and sales to drive impact.

What you will do

  • Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments

  • Build scalable systems for paid acquisition, with strong attention to CAC, payback, and pipeline/conversion quality

  • Manage channel mix and budget allocation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels

  • Partner with creative on ad concepts and run a high-velocity creative testing program

  • Work with landing-page, lifecycle, and sales teams to align full-funnel journeys

  • Move fast: run A/B tests, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings

  • Instrument tracking, attribution, and reporting so paid impact is measurable end-to-end

  • Elevate experimentation velocity and platform diversity to uncover untapped growth

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling paid programs profitably across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Hands-on platform expertise—you’ve personally built and optimized campaigns, not just managed an agency

  • Strong analytical chops—you understand attribution, tracking, and LTV vs CAC math without needing a second opinion

  • Experience running creative testing and collaborating closely with creative teams on high-performing ads

  • Experience aligning campaigns to full-funnel journeys across self-serve and sales-led motions

  • Clear communicator with the ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative

  • You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building systems from the ground up

Bonus

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, APIs, infrastructure)

  • Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led motions

  • Experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in NA and EU. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.
