  • Build strong executive-level relationships based on trust, expertise and consistent delivery.
  • Provide strategic advice and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client communications, feedback and expectations with professionalism and confidence.
  • Support business growth through client retention, upselling opportunities and outstanding service.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Develop and manage complex project budgets.
  • Monitor commercial performance, profitability and financial risk throughout project delivery.
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers to maximise value while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure projects deliver exceptional client outcomes while achieving commercial objectives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams across Production, Creative, Technical Production, Client Services and Event Operations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop junior production colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and freelancer selection to strengthen production capability.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive and high-performing team culture.
