We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a key member of the People  Operations team you will act as a frontline resource for Recruiters, Candidate Experience Leads, HRBPs and other members of the Collectors People Team helping them solve problems and ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures. You will own the quality control of documents and help develop new processes and procedures all while ensuring Talent Operations meets the needs of the business while maintaining operational excellence. 

You’ll report to  The Sr People Operations Program Manager and work from our Santa Ana, or New Jersey office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process


 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide frontline support over Slack, in-person, and email to help unblock problems and when necessary escalate to the appropriate teams

  • Collaborate on process documents and ensure that current documentation is up to date and easily accessible to the team

  • Own quality control of offers and new requisitions

  • Partner closely with the HRIS Team on ATS related matters and serve as a key bridge between functions

  • Develop, maintain, and reimagine talent acquisition processes that balance the needs of the business and operational excellence

  • Own a portfolio of TA Operations tasks including but not limited to referral reporting, internal job postings, and interviewer training tracking

  • Identify process improvements  across TA and help to build processes and procedures that span multiple geographies


 

Who You are:

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or equivalent experience

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with competing priorities but able to triage and set priorities based on business needs

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross functional relationships across multiple teams

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Recruiting preferred)

  • Experience creating process documentation

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Operational-minded with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and clarity

  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations with the end goal of providing clarity

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Hourly Rate: 

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $28.00 - $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
