As our Acquisition Manager, you'll drive global player acquisition and expand presence across high-growth iGaming markets. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition and the CMO, you'll shape market entry strategies, optimize acquisition performance, and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities based on commercial potential, player behaviour, competition, and market trends.
Develop and execute scalable market entry strategies alongside senior leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, agencies, operators, and strategic partners to support market expansion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial performance to uncover new growth opportunities.
Lead acquisition initiatives across multiple channels to drive player growth and optimize conversion.
Continuously improve the acquisition funnel, from registration through the early player lifecycle, focusing on activation, retention, and long-term player value.
Analyze acquisition performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven optimizations.
Oversee welcome offers, promotional mechanics, onboarding journeys, and acquisition messaging to improve player conversion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Payments, SEO, Affiliate, Sales, and Customer Support teams to maximize acquisition performance.
Mentor and support Acquisition Associates and work closely with the Sales Coordinator to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare strategic reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership, supporting budgeting and market expansion planning.
3β5 years of experience in iGaming Acquisition, Commercial Growth, Performance Marketing, or Market Expansion.
Proven success launching and scaling acquisition strategies across international markets.
Previous experience managing or mentoring acquisition teams in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Strong understanding of acquisition channels, including Affiliates, SEO, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Community Growth, and Influencer Marketing.
Experience working with crypto ecosystems, Web3 audiences, card acquiring, and alternative payment methods.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into commercial decisions.
Experience optimizing acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and early player lifecycle performance.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments alongside Sales or Call Centre teams.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Experience managing multiple international market launches simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and brand protection.
Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
