Job description

Are you naturally curious, energized by connecting with people, and excited by the idea of building a career where science and sales come together?  We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Clinical Chemistry team. In this role, you'll partner with hospitals, physician office laboratories, independent labs, and healthcare professionals to introduce innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve patient outcomes.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for many customers, helping them discover solutions that fit their laboratory's needs. Your day may include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing laboratory customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending clinical chemistry products and solutions.
  • Managing a sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities.
  • Collaborating with field sales representatives and internal teams to support customer success.
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact through implementation.
  • Staying informed on clinical chemistry products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Meeting individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the broader team.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system.

Note: This is a remote position

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package   

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $31-$33. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
