About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Global Workplace PMO Manager to drive excellence across our global workplace project portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Performance & Integration, you will define, lead and continuously improve the Workplace PMO operating model, ensuring projects are delivered through robust governance, effective planning, strong financial oversight and consistent project controls. You will work across a diverse global portfolio, partnering with Workplace teams, finance, procurement, project managers, suppliers and senior leaders to provide visibility, assurance and strategic oversight from project inception through to completion

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and evolving the global Workplace PMO framework, governance standards and assurance processes.

  • Driving consistency in project management methodologies, reporting and controls across the portfolio.

  • Providing oversight of global workplace projects from pipeline planning through delivery and close-out.

  • Monitoring project performance, budgets, timelines, risks and governance compliance.

  • Supporting capital planning, investment decisions and portfolio prioritisation.

  • Managing portfolio reporting and providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Ensuring effective resource planning and visibility of future capacity requirements.

  • Partnering with procurement and suppliers to support end-to-end project delivery.

  • Finding opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Building strong relationships across a global network of stakeholders and influencing decisions at multiple levels of the organisation

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in PMO, programme management, portfolio management or project governance within a workplace, built environment, construction, corporate real estate or similar environment.

  • Experience supporting multiple projects or programmes simultaneously.

  • Strong partner management skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

  • Experience with financial management, project controls, budgeting, forecasting or capital planning.

  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, reporting and performance measurement.

  • Experience working in complex corporate or global environments.

  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes through others.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence.
