We are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive our next stage of growth across the Americas.
This role is for someone who knows how to create momentum.
You will open doors with enterprise publishers, lead high-value commercial conversations, and turn complex monetization challenges into clear business opportunities.
The publishers you speak with may be facing declining revenue, invalid traffic, weak advertiser demand, operational complexity, or limited visibility into performance. Your job is to understand what is really holding them back, identify where MonetizeMore can create measurable value, and lead the opportunity through to close.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will have ownership over your territory, pipeline, relationships, and commercial outcomes. We will give you room to operate, but we will also expect strong judgment, disciplined execution, and consistent results.
You are a natural hunter who enjoys building opportunities rather than waiting for them.
You think commercially, move with urgency, and are comfortable leading conversations with senior decision-makers. You know how to simplify complex ideas, build trust quickly, and create a compelling reason for customers to act.
You bring:
Familiarity with eCPM, fill rate, invalid traffic, programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and related ad-tech concepts is a strong advantage.
Existing relationships with publishers, advertisers, agencies, or ad-tech platforms will help you move faster. Experience selling publisher inventory to DV360 advertisers is valuable, but not required.
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
You build a strong, credible pipeline and create access to publishers that fit our solutions.
Your opportunities move forward with clear momentum because you understand the customer, establish urgency, and maintain structure throughout the sales process.
Publishers see you as a trusted commercial partner who understands their business, not simply as someone selling a product.
Internally, your forecasts are reliable, your pipeline is clean, and your market insights help the wider team make better decisions.
