  • Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to continuously optimize the sourcing workflow.
  • Maintain organized candidate data within the ATS to ensure a seamless handoff to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with a heavy emphasis on talent identification.
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar tools).
  • Mastery of Boolean search strings and varied search techniques beyond standard keyword matching.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional, persuasive phone presence.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience sourcing for niche technical roles or high-growth startups.
  • Experience sourcing for Sales Development Representatives/Business Development Representatives
  • Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Experience with automated outreach sequences and A/B testing recruitment messaging.
