Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in administering, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will maintain platform stability, drive enhancements, support integrations, manage CMDB and ITSM processes, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
•    Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
•    Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and security controls.
•    Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
•    Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, and Service Catalog items.
•    Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB processes.
•    Manage CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
•    Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management activities.
•    Configure and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
•    Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
•    Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
•    Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience.
•    At least 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience.
•    Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
•    Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
•    Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
•    Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies.
•    Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
•    ServiceNow CIS certifications.
•    Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITAM.
•    Experience working in enterprise environments.

•    Strong ITSM and CMDB Knowledge
•    Experience with Flow Designer and Integrations
