We are looking for an Environment officer to come onboard in our Sustainability and Environment Department in Mathilde’s team : a team of 4 collaborators! 

Your Mission 

ATR has strong ambitions regarding Environment and Sustainability. In order to support our environmental objectives, we are looking for an Environment Officer to: 

• Lead and maintain the Environmental Management System and ensure the successful renewal of ATR’s ISO 14001 certification 

• Define and drive the company’s eco-design strategy 

• Support and contribute to the sustainability roadmap 

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to: 

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM  

• Lead and continuously enhance the Environmental Management System (EMS) at corporate level and across all business processes, driving the deployment of the environmental roadmap  

• Conduct environmental analyses and manage environmental impacts and risk prevention 

• Carry out monthly/quarterly/annual reporting of environmental performance 

• Lead internal and external audit programs in collaboration with the Quality department, and ensure robust follow-up and closure of findings 

• Prepare and facilitate environmental management reviews, 

• Define and create communication and awareness materials (internal and external) 

• Maintain and manage environmental documentation 

• Conduct employee awareness activities to develop a company-wide environmental culture 

• Coordinate and energize the environmental network in close collaboration with Quality and Health & Safety teams  

• Strengthen alignment and synergies between the Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System to improve overall business performance 

ECODESIGN APPROACH 

• Define and drive the company’s eco-design strategy, in alignment with environmental objectives and business priorities  

• Deploy, in collaboration with Engineering, a structured approach (processes, tools, methodologies) to integrate eco-design and LCA into product development standards  

• Measure and drive the environmental benefits achieved through the initiatives implemented 

About you 

• Field of study: Environment and/or QSE Management System, Ecodesign  

• Experience: at least  

• 5 to 7 years of working experience in a similar job in the field of Environment management system in an industrial environment ideally in a matrix organization 

• 5 years of experience in eco-design approach 

• Technical skills / knowledge: 

• Strong expertise in environmental regulatory, environmental management system and ISO 14001 standard in the aerospace industry 

• Proven experience in eco-design and LCA  

• Solid knowledge of engineering process in aeronautic industry 

• Proficient in MS pack office tools 

• Skills in CSR and  ISO9001/EN9100 are welcome 

• Soft skills: 

• very good communication skills and team working attitude to navigate in a matrix environment  

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented. 

• Autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous, with great attention to detail,  

• Ability to prioritize work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment 

• Fluent in English and French

Nous recherchons un Environment Officer pour rejoindre notre Direction Sustainability au sein de l'équipe de Mathilde : une équipe de 4 collaborateurs !  

Votre mission 

ATR affiche de fortes ambitions en matière d’environnement et de durabilité. Afin de soutenir nos objectifs environnementaux, nous recherchons un(e) Environment Officer pour : 

• Piloter et maintenir le Système de Management Environnemental et assurer le renouvellement de la certification ISO 14001 d’ATR 

• Définir et piloter la stratégie d’écoconception de l’entreprise 

• Contribuer à la feuille de route sustainability 

Vos principales missions seront : 

SYSTEME DE MANAGEMENT ENVIRONNEMENTAL 

• Piloter et améliorer en continu le Système de Management Environnemental (SME) au niveau corporate et dans l’ensemble des processus, en déployant la feuille de route environnementale 

• Réaliser les analyses environnementales et piloter la maîtrise des impacts ainsi que la prévention des risques 

• Assurer le reporting mensuel, trimestriel et annuel de la performance environnementale de l’entreprise 

• Piloter les programmes d’audits internes et externes en collaboration avec le département Qualité, et garantir le suivi et la clôture des écarts 

• Préparer et animer les revues de management environnemental 

• Définir et élaborer des supports de communication et de sensibilisation (internes et externes) 

• Maintenir et gérer la documentation environnementale 

• Conduire des actions de sensibilisation afin de développer une culture environnementale à l’échelle de l’entreprise 

• Coordonner et animer le réseau environnement en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Qualité et Santé & Sécurité 

• Renforcer l’alignement et les synergies entre le Système de Management de la Qualité et le Système de Management Environnemental afin d’améliorer la performance globale de l’entreprise 

APPROCHE ÉCOCONCEPTION 

• Définir et piloter la stratégie d’écoconception de l’entreprise, en cohérence avec les objectifs environnementaux et les priorités business 

• Déployer, en collaboration avec l’Engineering, une approche structurée (processus, outils, méthodologies) pour intégrer l’écoconception et les ACV dans les standards de développement produit 

• Mesurer et piloter les gains environnementaux associés aux initiatives d’écoconception mises en œuvre 

A propos de vous 

• Domaine d'études : Formation en environnement, système de management QSE et/ou écoconception 

• Expérience 

• 5 à 7 ans d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire en système de management environnemental, dans un environnement industriel, idéalement en organisation matricielle  

• 5 ans d’expérience en écoconception 

• Compétences techniques / connaissances 

• Solide expertise en réglementation environnementale, en système de management environnemental et en norme ISO 14001 dans le secteur aéronautique  

• Expérience avérée en écoconception et en analyse de cycle de vie (ACV)  

• Bonne connaissance des processus d’ingénierie dans l’industrie aéronautique  

• Maîtrise des outils du Pack Office  

• Des compétences en RSE et en système de management qualité (ISO 9001 / EN 9100) sont un plus 

• Compétences non techniques 

• Excellentes compétences en communication et esprit d’équipe pour évoluer dans un environnement matriciel  

• Esprit analytique et orienté résolution de problèmes  

• Autonome, curieux(se), proactif(ve), rigoureux(se) avec une forte attention aux détails  

• Capacité à prioriser dans un environnement complexe et multi-interlocuteurs 

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus)
