Territory Sales Partner

Compensation: 100% commission — $200 USD (~$3,500 MXN) per closed sale, uncapped. Plus a $300 USD (~$5,200 MXN) training bonus in your first week (see below). Top Partners earn well above the local market.

Type: Independent contractor (comisionista). This is NOT a salaried or employee role — you're your own boss.

Schedule: You set your own hours. Flexible.

Work type: Out in the field, plus phone and some computer time — not a work-from-home desk job.

Location: Mexico City (CDMX) — must reside in Mexico.

The opportunity

Omada is a fast-growing AI company already live across the US and Canada, and we just launched in Latin America — starting with Mexico City. We're bringing an AI-powered marketing platform to Mexico's millions of small businesses, and we sell it the way this market actually buys: on the ground, through relationships.

Right now, the estéticas, restaurants, gyms, cafés, taquerías, and local shops that give every colonia its character are being left behind by technology built for big companies. You show up with a solution built specifically for them — and get paid very well to do it. This is your chance to be on the front lines of the AI revolution, not behind a screen, but out in your community making a real difference.

How you get paid

• $200 USD (~$3,500 MXN) per sale — for every business you sign that converts to a paid plan. Uncapped.

• $300 USD (~$5,200 MXN) training bonus in your first week if you sign up 3 qualified trials — we invest in you from day one.

• 100% commission, no base. As an independent partner, your income has no ceiling and is entirely in your hands.

• Plus weekly performance bonuses for top producers. A ramped Partner can earn MXN 80,000+ per month, and there's no limit above that.

What you'll do

You'll be the face of Omada in your area — connecting with local businesses and showing owners how our AI platform can run their marketing while they focus on their business. Your week looks like this:

• Identify 10–50 businesses in your area with Omada's Route Planner

• Start the conversation — in person, by phone, or over WhatsApp

• Show Omada live, right there on your phone or tablet

• Offer a free trial — no risk for them. Your trials are your leads

• Follow up, follow up, follow up — and close

• When a business converts to a paid plan, you earn your commission

Most Territory Partners close their first trial in their first week, then build to 3+ per week.

What we're looking for

• Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room

• Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses

• A strong communicator who connects with people quickly

• No prior sales experience required — we'll teach you everything

• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus

• Must reside in Mexico (Mexico City area) and be 18 or older

• Bonus: sales experience or experience working with small business owners
