About This Position
We aren’t just building software; we are reimagining how software is built. We are looking for an engineer who is AI-native at their core—someone who doesn't just use AI as a tool, but thinks through an AI lens from day one.
In this role, you will leverage AI across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from automated requirement gathering and architectural design to code generation and production monitoring. If you are tired of rigid, legacy agile rituals and want to spend your energy actually building, experimenting, and solving hard problems with a high degree of autonomy, this is your playground.

What You Will Do
  • Drive AI-Powered SDLC: Lead the charge in embedding AI into every phase of our engineering workflow—from initial design and automated requirement parsing to production deployment.
  • Prototype to Production: Rapidly build and test bleeding-edge prototypes, then apply core engineering principles to scale them into robust, enterprise-grade features.
  • Think Like a Founder: Act with extreme agency. You aren't just taking tickets; you will look at the product through the eyes of our customers and founders, proposing bold ideas and executing them with a free hand.
  • Solve Real-World Problems: Apply deep computer science fundamentals to solve complex, practical challenges in our cloud-native ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For
  • AI-First Mindset: You have a genuine passion for artificial intelligence. You are already using AI tools to accelerate your own workflow and have hands-on experience integrating AI/ML frameworks into production environments.
  • Rock-Solid Fundamentals: A strong grasp of core computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design) and the ability to apply them creatively to real-world engineering problems.
  • Full-Stack Capability: Experience building and scaling full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js, APIs, and modern databases).
  • Cloud & Architecture Savvy: Good understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud architectures (AWS experience is a major plus).
  • High Agency & Ownership: Ideally, you have thrived in a startup or high-growth environment. You prefer shipping code and experimenting over sitting in endless sprint planning meetings.

Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
