  • We are known for putting community partnerships first, and are the only renewable energy company in the U.S. that owns and operates all of its solar ranches and has a 100% track record for successful delivery.

  • We have the largest utility scale agrivoltaics portfolio in the country under Regenerative Energy®, our nationally recognized holistic approach to project design, construction, and land management. Our model incorporates regenerative ranching and other regenerative land management practices to restore livelihoods and soil health, biodiversity, and water quality.

  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and supplier performance metrics/scorecards to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Commercial & contract management

  • Contribute to domestic content strategy in coordination with project finance/tax and legal to support investment tax credits and secure and maintain compliance certifications.
  • Responsible for the equipment budget and savings targets.
  • Develop, refine, and govern procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, transparency, and communication.

Trade compliance & risk

  • Serve as senior owner of trade compliance for equipment sourcing.
  • Manage commodity risk (steel, copper, aluminum, etc.), advising on forward cost curves and budgetary impacts.
  • Ensure supply continuity through prequalification, supplier financial-health monitoring, allocation management, and contingency planning.

Planning, logistics & execution

  • Ensure effective scheduling, tracking, and delivery of owner furnished equipment to meet construction timelines, including inventory, warehousing, staging, and laydown coordination.
