Description

As a Regional Store Administrator (Remote), you'll support inventory administration across multiple Kal Tire locations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring established processes are followed consistently. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy structured work, are comfortable managing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy, and like solving problems when things don't add up.

Schedule Details

  • This is a remote position; however, the first week of employment will be completed in-store at a Kal Tire location for training purposes.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple stores with inventory administration, ensuring accurate inventory through proper processes
  • Enter, update, and manage data using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicate with store teams and internal stakeholders to support inventory-related activities
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Administrative or clerical experience with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Planner and Adobe Acrobat is an asset
  • Strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with data
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing priorities
  • Reliable, consistent, and process-driven in day-to-day work
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
