Position Purpose:
The Home Depot is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager β Threat Hunting to lead and mature our proactive threat hunting program while developing a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals. This role combines people leadership, program strategy, and hands-on cybersecurity expertise, with a focus on advancing threat-informed hunting methodologies, improving detection capabilities, and driving automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across the hunting lifecycle.
Global Hunt Operations - Plan and execute proactive hunting campaigns
Threat Research - Translate threat intelligence into hunt hypotheses and hunt packages
Detection Advancement - Turn successful hunts into durable detections and analytics
Automation - Reduce manual hunting effort through engineering and AI
People Leadership - Develop junior and senior hunters into technical experts and advisors to the incident response process
Program Metrics - Measure hunt effectiveness, ATT&CK coverage, and detection improvements
