Job Summary:
Facility Design and Development (referred to as D&D) is a critical component of the services Exos delivers. Reporting to the Director of Facility Experience, this position is dedicated to supporting one of Exos’ strategic client partnerships. The Project Manager will own the day-to-day project management and execution of First Day of Business (FDOB), space planning, and equipment refresh projects across our client portfolio.Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end tactical management of CapEx and OpEx equipment pipelines for a dedicated client portfolio, including initiating site surveys, generating accurate price estimates, completing extraction forms, and managing day-to-day logistics.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal Exos teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely equipment ordering, delivery, installation, and project execution across the client’s locations.
Manage projects through the First Day of Business (FDOB) phase, collaborating closely with Exos regional teams and the client’s project teams to ensure operational logistics, staffing schedules, and launch events are executed successfully.
Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for regional small-scale space support - Spatial planning, minor refreshes, equipment moves, and site health documentation.
Collect and analyze data related to the client’s space inventory, equipment performance, and capital planning to create compelling "Project Storytelling" collateral and post-project impact decks.
Develop presentations, proposals and planning materials to support the client’s space planning, design, and facility improvement initiatives.
Create CAD drawings and space layouts to support equipment recommendations, facility planning, and project implementation.
Conduct site walkthroughs to verify project progress, ensure installation quality, and confirm milestone and completion deadlines are met.
Additional projects as assigned.
Up to 20% travel required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in facility operations, project management, or design implementation (fitness, corporate wellness, or hospitality sectors preferred).
Strong knowledge of fitness center operations.
Exceptional presentation skills
A track record of managing multiple fast-moving projects that require both project management and execution components.
Proficiency in basic CAD or space design software (for light space planning/equipment layouts) and building presentation decks.
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
