Tildei is booking and operations infrastructure for experience-driven businesses. We work with family entertainment centers and other event venues to build and operate custom AI agents that run the full customer journey - capturing every inbound inquiry across web, phone, SMS, and email, booking and planning the event with the customer, coordinating with your team, and following up to keep guests coming back.

Tildei is not software you configure, it's a fully managed service. We design the experience around our customers’ brand, their workflows, and their customers, then operate it for them.

The Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations consultant to help us shape and run our GTM tools. This is a part time contractor engagement, around 20 - 25 hours a week to start, with room to grow. You'll work closely with us to make decisions and put them into practice.

Our current stack is built around HubSpot, with Nooks for dialing, Clay and Apollo for enrichment and Unify for email sequencing. We are evaluating all of our tech stack options with a close look at how well each works with integrations.


What You'll Do
  • Help us choose the tech stack, with a focus on how cleanly each option integrates with HubSpot

  • Design how our tools work together, and advise on where to simplify or add

  • Build and refine our outbound sequences

  • Keep our enrichment and data flows clean and reliable

  • Manage HubSpot day to day - workflows, reporting, and data quality

  • Document how everything works so it stays easy to maintain


  • What We're Looking For
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, building systems, workflows and evaluating and implementing tech stacks

  • Strong HubSpot experience, ideally at an admin level

  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Apollo, or Unify

  • Comfort with enrichment tools, especially Clay and Apollo

  • Good judgment - someone who can weigh options and recommend a path, then carry it out

  • A self-directed style that needs little oversight

  • Currently using AI as part of their processes
