We are looking for an agile, data-oriented Scheduling Representative to our team! We are seeking a representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will be in charge of coordinating a customer's shipments by quoting, booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork-based and tech-driven company. A go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges

 

DEPARTMENT: Logistics Operations

LOCATION: Philippines - Remote


WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
  • Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements
  • Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
  • Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads
  • Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing
  • Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
  • Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to tackle issues head-on and create resolutions with urgency.
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast paced environment 

  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service

  • Familiarity with USA geography

  • Experience within the Logistics industry
