🏒 About the Role

We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to help high-growth eCommerce brands increase organic visibility, traffic, and revenue through strategic, data-driven SEO initiatives. In this role, you’ll own SEO execution across multiple client accounts, combining technical optimization, content strategy, and performance analysis to deliver measurable business impact.

This is a part-time contract role (10–15 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and can independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating with a fully remote team.


πŸ›  What You’ll Do

You’ll drive SEO strategy and execution across multiple eCommerce brands by:

  • Developing comprehensive SEO strategies based on keyword and competitor research

  • Executing technical and on-page optimizations, including metadata, site structure, and internal linking

  • Managing the end-to-end content production process, from topic planning and content briefs to coordinating with freelance copywriters

  • Overseeing backlink initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic growth

  • Monitoring rankings, traffic, and conversion performance to ensure campaigns stay on track

  • Delivering clear SEO updates and actionable insights to internal Account Strategists

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify emerging SEO opportunities and evolving search trends

  • Contributing to internal SEO playbooks, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

We’re looking for a proactive SEO professional who combines technical knowledge with strong project management skills. You’ll bring:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency or supporting eCommerce brands

  • Proven ability to improve search rankings and drive measurable organic growth

  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts

  • Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or similar project management and collaboration platforms

  • Experience building scalable SEO processes within an agency environment
