Join Our Team as a Legal Intake Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group!


Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist [English/Spanish - Bilingual] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others.

Compensation includes commissions ranging from $4 to $6 per hour in addition to the base pay.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Call Management:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
  • Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

2. Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures.
  • Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries.
  • Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases.

3. Multi-Tasking:

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone.
  • Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly.

4. Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals.
  • Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus.
  • Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor.

Compensation will range from $4 to $6 per hour, in addition to commissions.

Schedule:

Weekday Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time.

Weekend Shift: Availability to work weekend shifts may be required.
