Position Overview: The Global Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Cellebrite sales training programs for Cellebrite ( Federal, SLG and Enterprise). Main focus will be defining and delivering sales methodology, product and solution training, sales tools and systems, and new hire onboarding. This role ensures that sales professionals consistently apply Cellebrite's sales processes and skills to qualify opportunities, conduct effective discovery, build customer value, manage sales cycles, and close deals.

Working closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Regional Leaders, the Sales Trainer translates Cellebrite's sales priorities into engaging, scalable learning experiences that improve seller performance, increase forecast accuracy, and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Cellebrite sales training curriculum, covering sales methodology, product knowledge, sales tools/systems, and professional skills in all segments
  • Create structured learning paths that reinforce consistent sales behaviors and skill proficiency across all customer-facing roles.
  • Design training content covering: Account/Territory Planning, Prospecting, Opportunity qualification, Customer discovery, Business value conversations, Stakeholder mapping, Objection handling, Competitive positioning, Negotiation, Closing strategies, First Line Sales Management - Sales Coaching & Development, Sales Process & Methodology Adoption and Pipeline & Forecast Management.
  • Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) to global sales teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, boot camps, onboarding programs, certification sessions, and reinforcement training.
  • Adapt delivery styles for multiple audiences, including: Account Executives, BDR/SDR, Sales Managers, Customer Success teams and Sales Leaders
  • Create engaging, interactive learning experiences using role plays, simulations, case studies, and real customer scenarios.
  • Ensure all training content aligns with the company’s sales process, product roadmap, CRM workflows, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, playbooks, eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and microlearning content.
  • Build certification programs to validate training adoption and seller proficiency.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, learner feedback, and sales performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and methodology.
  • Support product launches and strategic initiatives by integrating them into existing sales training programs.
  • Maintain global consistency while accommodating regional and all segment needs


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Enterprise Sales, with exposure to sales methodology, product training, or onboarding programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering sales training across multiple disciplines, which may include: MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, GAP Selling, Sandler Selling System, BANT
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, AI Tools ( Chat GPT, Claude, CoPilot) and sales enablement technologies.
  • Experience helping sales teams apply this training to opportunity qualification, discovery, stakeholder management, value selling, negotiation, closing, and day-to-day tool and process adoption.
  • Experience designing and delivering sales training for global audiences.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior sales leaders.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
