We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.

In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on advertising spend. You will also analyze campaign data, recommend landing page improvements, and develop strategies that support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, takes ownership of campaign results, and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, optimize, and scale Google Search campaigns.
  • Manage Performance Max campaigns when appropriate.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Write clear and conversion-focused ad copy.
  • Monitor search terms and reduce irrelevant traffic and wasted advertising spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve advertisements, landing pages, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Improve cost per lead, return on ad spend, and overall campaign performance.
  • Review landing pages, forms, headlines, and calls to action to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion and call tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare weekly reports with campaign results, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience handling lead-generation or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and campaign budget management.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend practical improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting a service-based business is an advantage.
  • Experience in SEO, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, or AI marketing tools is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work in a full-time, long-term remote position.
