About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising who can execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with the web development team.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Write SEO-optimized website copy, landing pages, blog articles, and other marketing content.
  • Create content for Instagram carousel posts and work with the design team to produce engaging visuals.
  • Manage the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content and engage with the online community.
  • Create, write, and distribute two press releases per month to increase media exposure.
  • Manage ongoing SEO performance, monitor rankings, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn Newsletter through strategic content planning and publishing.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and keyword research.
  • Experience writing SEO-focused content for websites and blogs.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and newsletters.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in finance, investment, energy, legal, or regulated industries.
  • Experience managing remote teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of public relations and earned media outreach.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and marketing automation tools.
