Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a senior full stack developer who is a hands-on builder with deep knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI. This individual will own the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications, from translating business requirements into scalable architectures, to standing up proof-of-concepts, to delivering production-ready code. They embrace AI-driven development practices and tools to build faster and cleaner, and must thrive in a large enterprise environment, navigating cross-functional teams, security frameworks, and platform integrations with confidence and speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams
  • Rapidly prototype solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and accelerate stakeholder buy-in
  • Own the end-to-end codebase including backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, Terraform IaC development, setup and deployment pipelines
  • Design and optimize data-heavy applications that handle large-scale datasets with low latency and high reliability
  • Build and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms including identity providers, internal APIs, and shared services
  • Leverage GenAI-assisted coding tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development velocity while maintaining code quality and best practices
  • Architect and build multi-agent systems, designing agent roles, tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies
  • Navigate and execute enterprise production readiness processes, including application standards, managing change records, and coordinating across teams to deploy applications

  • Python (advanced), Flask, FastAPI
  • JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, modern frontend frameworks
  • HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS or equivalent utility-first CSS frameworks
  • RESTful API design

Cloud and Infrastructure (GCP)

  • Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
  • BigQuery for large-scale analytics
  • Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Cloud Storage
  • Cloud IAM, VPC, networking fundamentals
  • Gemini, Google ADK, APIGEE

Infrastructure as Code and DevOps

  • Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
  • GitLab repositories, branching strategies, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Container orchestration, deployment automation, and environment promotion workflows

Data and Performance

  • Designing high-performance, data-intensive applications
  • SQL proficiency across large-scale analytical and transactional databases
  • Data pipeline design and optimization
  • Caching strategies, async processing, and query tuning

AI and GenAI

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (Google Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent)
  • Multi-agent orchestration: designing, deploying, and managing systems with multiple collaborating agents
  • Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into applications via Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms
  • Proficient in AI-assisted development (Google Code Assist, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Enterprise Operations

  • Active Directory group management and RBAC patterns
  • SSO and Okta integration for federated identity
  • ServiceNow for submitting change requests and coordinating approvals
  • Comfortable navigating enterprise processes and coordinating across cross-functional teams

Desired skills:

  • 7+ years of professional hands-on software development experience, with at least 5 years in a full stack capacity
  • Demonstrated history of building and shipping enterprise-grade applications from scratch
  • Experience working within large financial institutions or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Track record of independently driving technical initiatives from concept through production

Pay range: $65.00 per hour
