Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Lead to support a Phase 1 AI pilot focused on enhancing Case Manager operations within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud using Agentforce.

This individual will serve as the overall project lead, partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, technical architects, and development teams to drive planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of the pilot. The ideal candidate has a strong background leading complex technology transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and is comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the AI pilot from discovery through pilot completion.
  • Drive project governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, refine AI use cases, and translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Technical Architects, Salesforce developers, QA, and business SMEs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology organizations.
  • Support change management, business readiness, and end-user testing activities.
  • Help define the future operating model, governance, success metrics, and roadmap for broader AI enablement following the pilot.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex technology or business transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations, digital transformation programs, or AI-related initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management experience leading cross-functional teams across both business and IT.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, project governance, risks, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Patient Services, Case Management, Commercial Operations, or Customer Engagement organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Exposure to Agentforce, Generative AI, AI-enabled workflow automation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
  • Consulting experience leading client-facing transformation engagements.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
