Responsibilities

Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the AI pilot from discovery through pilot completion.
Drive project governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, refine AI use cases, and translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Technical Architects, Salesforce developers, QA, and business SMEs to ensure successful delivery.
