We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for an HR professional with approximately 3 years of experience who enjoys recruiting, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced healthcare organization. 

The primary focus of this role will be recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs), while also providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a remote environment, and has strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 


Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across multiple states.  

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.  

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.  

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  

  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.  

  • Assist with drafting job postings and recruitment marketing efforts. 

General Administrative Support 

  • Assist the Credentialing team by collecting required documentation from providers.  

  • Track credentialing and licensing documentation to ensure timely completion.  

  • Coordinate with internal departments and providers regarding credentialing requirements.  

  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling for the medical team.  

  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects.  

  • Support process improvements and help maintain efficient workflows. 


Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.  

  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, preferably Nurse Practitioners and/or Registered Nurses.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.  

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.  

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).  

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
