The Latam Distributor Manager plays a key role in the commercial success of the business. This person serves as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams, drives process improvements, develops and implements growth strategies across countries and market segments, and supports the commercial activities of our partners. The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organized, and comfortable working across cultures. They should be able to understand the nuances of different markets, manage multiple priorities effectively, and remain focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
This is a remote role that offers flexibility while requiring up to 50% travel to support business needs.
