Role Purpose
The Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator supports the Contingent Workforce PMO and Procurement function in delivering key transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating data, processes, and stakeholder engagement to enable the successful transition, standardisation, and ongoing management of the contingent workforce globally.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Coordination
Support delivery of key projects, including:
Transition of contingent workforce management from Talent Acquisition (HR) to Procurement
Transition of Worldpay contingent workforce into Global Payments
TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit and handover activities
Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and achieved
Support governance, reporting, and PMO activities
Data Collection & Analysis
Gather and consolidate data from regional teams on current contingent workforce practices
Analyse data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Cleanse and validate data within systems of record (e.g. Workday)
Produce reports and insights to support decision-making
Process Documentation & Standardisation
Document current-state processes across regions (process discovery)
Scope and design future-state workflows and operating models
Develop and maintain standardised documentation, including:
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Templates and process guides
Supplier and rate card frameworks
Drive consistency and global alignment of contingent workforce processes as per the global policy framework
Systems & Migration Support
Support migration of:
Staff augmentation workers into VMS (e.g. Magnit)
SOW workers into Workday
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data during system transitions
Support system adoption and data integrity post-implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Partner with Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and regional stakeholders
Coordinate communication and engagement across global teams
Support the socialisation and adoption of new processes and tools
Facilitate data collection workshops and stakeholder discussions
TSA Exit & Transition Support
Ensure accurate and complete data handover as part of TSA exit
Work closely with internal teams and third-party consultancies
Support continuity of operations during transition periods
Continuous Improvement
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support ongoing optimisation of contingent workforce processes
Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate into program enhancements
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience working across Procurement, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
Data collection, analysis, and validation (strong Excel capability)
Process documentation, mapping, and standardisation
Process scoping and workflow design
Project coordination and PMO support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Desirable
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g. Magnit)
Understanding of contingent workforce models (staff augmentation and SOW)
Exposure to system migrations and/or transformations
Experience in global or multi-region programs
