Job description

The company we represent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will engage in account management and sales activities to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client accounts by providing tailored financial solutions that meet individual needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Engage in inside sales activities, including calling warm lead potential clients to generate sales.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance client portfolios and increase overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial data to provide informed recommendations and strategies for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong background in sales with demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and upselling is a plus.
