Job Title: Assistant Director of Campus Relations (Sales/SMB Segment)

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Campus Relations

Location: Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

BetterMynd is looking for an ambitious professional who understands the responsibility that comes with a quota. The Assistant Director is responsible for selling BetterMynd products and services into the Higher Education market, from generating interest and qualifying opportunities to scheduling meetings, facilitating presentations and product demonstrations, and, ultimately, closing new business in accordance with annual and quarterly revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to contract execution
  • Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot
  • Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose

Qualifications
Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with senior-level administrators (Director level and above)
  • Strong discovery, listening, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into higher education
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes
  • Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement (e.g., quotas, rankings, certifications)

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings: $105,000–$125,000 OTE (including base and commission)

Additional Details

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm local time; flexibility required across time zones)
