A recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various positions. Recruiters work with Store Managers, District Managers, and Human Resource Managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements of each store. Recruiters use various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, referrals, and hiring events, to attract and engage potential candidates. Recruiters also conduct interviews to prescreen candidates.  In LATAM, recruiters additionally  check references and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions.
•    Post job advertisements on various platforms, such as online job boards, social media, and Company website.
•    Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements and criteria.
•    Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the role and the Company culture.
•    Provide feedback and updates on the recruitment process and status of candidates.
•    Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
•    Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire.
•    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.
•    Conduct New Team Member follow-up calls 
•    Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to source and attract passive candidates.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Passion and enthusiasm.
•    Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow the Company policies and procedures.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•    Candidate evaluations (integrity). (LATAM Only)
•    Consult public servants. (LATAM Only)
•    Coordinate and direct Assessment of external and internal candidates. (LATAM Only)
•    Manage test day. (LATAM Only)
•    Process socioeconomic study and request for knowledge. (LATAM Only)
•    Process tasks through the WorkDay platform.
•    Collect personal documentation from the candidate necessary for hiring. (LATAM Only)
•    Safekeeping of labor records (in accordance with country legislation). (LATAM Only)
