Join our team as a Scheduler / Project Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating sign language interpreters, VRI, CART, and related services across a wide range of clients.
Reporting to the Schedule Manager, the Scheduler / Project Specialist ensures smooth scheduling and coordination of interpreting and CART services. You’ll serve as the central point of contact between clients and providers—balancing multiple requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every assignment runs seamlessly.
