  • Advanced English Skills (spoken and written)

Experience in providing support and troubleshooting to :

  • Azure / EntraID

  • Exchange/Outlook

  • Office 365 Administration & amp; Support

  • Windows 10/11

  • Printers

  • Laptops, iPads, desktops

  • Wifi

  • VPN

  • Microsoft Power BI

  • Microsoft SharePoint
