Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and optimising the company's WordPress websites while driving business growth through AI automation, workflow optimisation, and SEO authority building.

The successful candidate will combine technical implementation with strategic thinking to improve website performance, automate repetitive business processes, build AI-powered solutions, and increase online authority across both Google Search and AI search platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AI AUTOMATION & WORDPRESS GROWTH SPECIALIST

Responsibilities as an AI Automation & WordPress Growth Specialist:

1. WordPress Website Management
• Manage and maintain WordPress websites
• Update plugins, themes and WordPress core
• Troubleshoot website issues
• Improve website speed and performance
• Monitor uptime and security
• Publish and format website content
• Implement landing pages when required
2. AI Automation
• Identify repetitive business processes suitable for automation
• Build AI workflows using automation platforms
• Develop AI agents that support internal operations
• Connect business systems through APIs and integrations
• Test and optimise automation workflows
• Document automation processes
• Examples may include:
o Lead qualification
o Email automation
o CRM updates
o Customer support assistants
o Internal knowledge bots
o Reporting automation
3. Business Automation
• Build workflows across multiple software platforms
• Integrate CRM, forms, calendars and communication tools
• Reduce manual administrative tasks
• Create scalable operating systems
• Possible platforms include:
o Google Workspace
o Slack
o HubSpot
4. SEO & Authority Building
• Develop and execute an authority-building strategy including:
o On-page SEO improvements
o Internal linking
o Technical SEO
o Content optimization
o Backlink acquisition
o Directory submissions
o Citation management
o AI search optimization
o Entity SEO
o Structured data implementation

5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor website performance
• Track SEO rankings
• Measure automation effectiveness
• Produce monthly reports
• Recommend ongoing improvements

Qualifications as an AI Automation & WordPress Growth Specialist:

Experience:
• 3+ years managing WordPress websites
• Experience building workflow automations
• Demonstrated AI implementation experience
• Strong SEO understanding
• Experience improving website performance
• Portfolio of automation projects
• Experience working remotely
• Excellent written English
