About Corporate Stays
Corporate Stays is a leading provider of furnished apartments and corporate housing solutions across Canada, the United States, and Latin America. We serve corporate travelers, relocation companies, insurance providers, production teams, government organizations, and individuals requiring flexible, high-quality temporary accommodations.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are building a broader network of trusted local housing operators across North America, allowing Corporate Stays to offer accommodations in more cities without directly managing every property.
Position Overview
Corporate Stays is looking for a results-driven North America Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with corporate housing providers, furnished apartment operators, property managers, and professional short-term rental companies across Canada and the United States.
The primary objective of this role is to expand the Corporate Stays accommodation network by signing local partners, onboarding their properties onto our website and distribution channels, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships.
Once a partner is onboarded, Corporate Stays will be able to promote its available properties, generate booking inquiries, and send qualified local accommodation requests to the appropriate partner. Corporate Stays will earn a commission on successfully completed reservations.
This position combines partner acquisition, business development, account management, inventory development, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition
- Research and identify reputable corporate housing providers, furnished apartment operators, property management companies, and professional short-term rental operators throughout Canada and the United States.
- Prioritize strategic cities and markets where Corporate Stays needs additional accommodation inventory.
- Contact potential partners by telephone, email, LinkedIn, industry directories, referrals, and networking events.
- Present the Corporate Stays partnership model and explain the commercial benefits of joining our network.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each operator’s portfolio, geographic coverage, pricing, availability, service standards, and target clientele.
- Negotiate and sign partnership, referral, distribution, and commission agreements.
Property and Partner Onboarding
- Collect all information required to onboard each partner and its properties.
- Coordinate the collection of property descriptions, photographs, amenities, rates, policies, availability information, and booking procedures.
- Work with the internal listing and marketing teams to publish partner properties on the Corporate Stays website.
- Ensure that all listed properties meet Corporate Stays’ quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, commission structures, geographic coverage, and property information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and launch process.
Lead Distribution and Reservation Development
- Receive accommodation inquiries for cities where Corporate Stays works with local partners.
- Identify the most appropriate partner based on the client’s destination, dates, budget, apartment requirements, and availability.
- Send qualified inquiries to local partners and obtain availability and pricing.
- Coordinate between the client, the Corporate Stays sales or reservations team, and the local operator.
- Follow up on every opportunity until it is booked, declined, or formally closed.
- Ensure that Corporate Stays receives the agreed commission or referral fee for every completed reservation.
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates, booking value, and repeat business.
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned North American partners.
- Build long-term, productive relationships with partner organizations.
- Hold regular partner review calls to discuss leads, conversions, inventory, service quality, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that partners respond quickly and professionally to all Corporate Stays inquiries.
- Resolve operational, commercial, or communication issues involving partner reservations.
- Identify opportunities for partners to add more properties, cities, or accommodation categories to the network.
- Maintain regular communication so that availability, rates, and listings remain accurate.
Market Expansion
- Identify cities where Corporate Stays is receiving demand but has insufficient local inventory.
- Build a structured partner acquisition plan for priority Canadian and U.S. markets.
- Monitor trends in corporate housing, relocation, insurance housing, temporary accommodation, and furnished rentals.
- Develop partnerships that allow Corporate Stays to serve national and international clients across multiple destinations.
- Recommend new markets, partnership models, and revenue opportunities to management.
