We are currently searching for a Solution Architect:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to product and program managers focusing on complex and innovative solutions.
- Create innovative and practical designs for end-to-end technical solutions in line with Our Client's strategic enterprise technology goals.
- Collaborate continuously with stakeholders to fulfill business requirements while incorporating overall product costs, data privacy, business continuity, and information security.
- Assess vendor products, understand delivery models, and assist in implementing them within the organization.
- Set architectural direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts by providing technical leadership across multiple projects.
- Anticipate needs and foster an environment that solicits positive contributions from engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Design and create reusable, repeatable intellectual property (IP) and architectural artifacts.
- Lead Agile sprints in a product owner capacity and mentor technical staff on newer design sprints.
- Enforce adherence to architectural standards, global guidelines, usability, and design principles.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) throughout the development lifecycle.
- Propose custom solutions and build quality user experiences in collaboration with application owners, designers, and infrastructure teams.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Extensive professional IT industry experience with an expert understanding of solution architecture.
- Extensive working knowledge of Cloud application architecture using Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services.
- Subject matter expertise in Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic, Webapp, or Digital services.
- Experience building Analytics platforms utilizing Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, specifically text-based models, and implementing RAG search using libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with mission-critical technology components featuring robust Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities.
- Proven background with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
- Strong background in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Advanced ability to adapt communication styles, build rapport, and operate effectively as a leading member of global, distributed teams.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Experience in architecting and designing Adobe PDF solutions.
- Exposure to Azure Cognitive search tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
