Job description

Remote ERP IT Program Manager requires:

7+ years of project or program management experience
NJ Remote.
Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.
Finance Transformation programs.
ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.
Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.
Organizational Change Management initiatives.
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
PMO, program governance, or executive reporting functions.
Highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of the Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Finance Transformation program.
Strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.

DUTIES:

Responsible for driving execution discipline, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing dependencies, maintaining governance processes, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders while ensuring delivery against critical transformation milestones.

Lead recurring project status meetings and document outcomes.

Provide concise executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and resource needs.

Develop and distribute project communications to stakeholders.

Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication and reporting practices.
